Hints for use
The tea maker easily adapts to your tea
preferences. You can quickly prepare your
favourite type of tea by pressing only a few
buttons. You can make tea using fresh tea
leaves or a tea bag. The middle section can
be turned up or down depending on the
required amount of tea.
Types of tea
There are many types of tea, depending on
the origin and processing of tea leaves. Each
type of tea is prepared in its own way.
Black tea needs boiling water to guarantee an
optimum taste. Black tea requires five minutes
to be absorbed. Examples of black tea are
English blend, Earl Grey, Ceylon, Assam,
Darjeeling and Lapsang Souchong.
For green, white or yellow tea, it is preferred
to set a low temperature. The tea extracts are
optimally delivered to the water after two to
four minutes.
Oolong and Pu Erh are preferably prepared
with boiling water. The tea extracts require
only one minute to release their flavour.
Warning! On no account should either the live
or neutral wires be connected to the earth
terminal.
